Terms of use
Version 1 · effective 18 October 2026
Draft for review by your compliance or legal adviser before UPXALE opens to the public.
1. What UPXALE is
UPXALE is a research and information app published by UPXALE (registration in progress). It shows market data, charts, option-chain data, support and resistance levels, and trade calls with an entry, stop-loss and target.
2. Not personalised advice
- Calls are general research for all users. They do not consider your money, goals, experience or how much loss you can bear.
- You decide whether to trade and how much. You place every order yourself with your own broker; UPXALE does not place orders for you or hold your money or securities.
- Derivatives are high risk. SEBI found that 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity F&O made net losses. An option can lose 100% of its premium.
- Win rates, results and backtests describe the past. They are not a promise of future results.
3. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older and an Indian resident.
- One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Accounts are approved by us and may be paused or closed if these terms are broken or the law requires it.
4. Fair use
- Don't copy, resell, republish or redistribute calls, prices or data from UPXALE.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Fees
UPXALE is currently free during its invite-only period. Before any fee starts, you will be told the amount and terms in advance and asked to agree.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep data accurate and the app running, but prices can be delayed and the service can be interrupted. Always check prices in your broker's app before you trade.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for losses caused by delays, errors or interruptions. Nothing here limits rights you have under SEBI regulations or consumer law.
8. Complaints
Use the complaints page. We aim to resolve every complaint within 21 days.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is in the privacy notice.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution route set by SEBI.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
